Share??.??Email??.??Print??.??A+A- India Infraspace Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following matters pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Re-Organization of Share Capital and arrangement for Revival of Company;1. To reissue and allot 1076150 equity shares to Ashnisha Alloys Private Limited and 1076150 to Ardent Ventures Private Limited which was earlier forfeited by the Company as mentioned in the scheme;2. To issue and allot further 66,41,076 equity shares to Mr. Pradip Shah and/or his associates/nominees as mentioned in the scheme;3.
